Two adjoining shops at 12/13 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2, which are earning rents of £20,000 per annum were sold at auction for £225,000. Druker Fanning had been quoting a pre-auction guideline price of £160,000-plus for the buildings.

The upper floors are vacant but need upgrading.
