Timber specialists take lease on Tallaght premises

TIMBER specialists Canadia Distributors is to pay a rent of £25,000 per annum for a 20 year old unit at Tallaght Industrial Estate, west Dublin. The rent equates to £4.50 per square foot for the 5,500 square foot premises. The company was previously based at Mulvey's Business Park, Dundrum. Gunne, which handled the letting, also secured in excess of £300,000 for a cold storage plant of almost 17,000 square feet in Horse and Jockey, near Cashel, Co Tipperary.
