A NEW bar and restaurant which will form part of a development under way in the west end of Dublin's Temple Bar area has been pre-sold for slightly over £1.5 million to the owners of Fibber Magee's bar in Parnell Street. The Lisney agency handled the sale of the bar and restaurant at the rear of the Sunlight Chambers with frontage on to Essex Gate and Lower Exchange Street. The premises will have 5,642 square feet of space with a bar on the ground floor, a restaurant on the first floor and a store in the basement.

The facilities will be located in the Isolda's Tower apartment development, which is to be offered for sale by Temple Bar Properties next October.
