Luxury five bedroom detached homes go on sale for the first time at a small up-market Terenure development. Fortfield Grove at Fortfield Square is the final phase of a small scheme by Jackie Green Construction in Terenure off Fortfield Road.

This final stage of the scheme comprises four five-bedroom homes located on an existing cul-de-sac.

Forty three and four-bedroom homes at the adjoining Fortfield Square have been doing very well off plans for selling agent Sherry FitzGerald and there are only 10 four-bedroom homes remaining (prices for the four-bedroom homes start at €1.525 million). Showhouses for both types of houses are open from today.
