With office space in Dublin city centre now particularly scarce, two State agencies have leased new offices at Swords Business Campus. The Central Statistics Office has taken a 25-year lease of a 40,000 sq ft building while the Northern Area Health Board has completed contracts to occupy a 30,000 sq ft block. The rent in both cases is £12 per sq ft.

Around 150,000 sq ft in the park has already been reserved, leaving another 100,000 sq ft available. The latest phase to be completed before the end of the year will include a courtyard-style scheme of own door units of 9,000 sq ft.

The rent will be £16 per sq ft, according to joint agents Gunne Commercial, DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Palmer McCormack.

A shuttle bus services operates between the campus, Swords village and the Malahide DART station.
