A four-storey building at 2 Crane Lane, off Dublin's Dame Street, currently divided between retail and residential use, is on the market with a guide price of in excess of £650,000 (€825.33). With a total floor area of 2,456 sq ft, the building has retail at basement, ground floor and first floor levels while the three upper floors are a residential apartment at present. "This is suitable either for an owner occupier or an investor," according to Lisa McGrane of Jones Lang LaSalle, which is handling the sale of the freehold interest. "It is ideal for uses such as an artist's studio or offices for other owner-occupiers like architects, solicitors or insurance brokers."
