A residential nursing home in Ratoath, Co Meath, is to be auctioned on March 30th through Hamilton Osborne King. Sitting on 7.1 acres, the property is being sold in one, two or three lots with the agency guiding Lot 3 at £1.75 million for the entire property.

Established in 1951, the Ratoath Nursing Home is being sold as a going concern. Lot 1 comprises 5.8 acres of front and rear gardens and the guide price is £1.4 million. The nursing home is Eastern Health Board approved and has 56 residents, who pay an average £250 a week. The home, which includes a convent and chapel, has been extensively renovated.
