Meanwhile, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house at 51 Ashfield Road, made £405,000 at a Sherry FitzGerald auction.

A three-bedroom terraced house at 5 Elmwood Avenue, Ranelagh, was sold at a JacksonStops auction for £335,000.

A four-bed semi-detached house at 84 Merton Drive was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £450,000.

At 65 Ranelagh Road, a period house in eight units was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £680,000.

Still in Ranelagh, 44 Mount Pleasant Square, a three-bed Georgian house was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Lisney.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 4 Vergemount Park, Clonskeagh, was sold at a Druker Fanning & Partners auction at £353,000.

In Terenure, 31 Greenmount Road, a four-bed semi-detached house, made £375,000 by Sherry FitzGerald. A four-bed semi-detached house at 98 Rathfarnham Road, Terenure, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £625,000.

In Rathgar, Lynton, a five-bedroom Edwardian house at 71 Highfield Road, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is seeking about £1.5 million.

Also in Rathgar, Lisney is seeking £850,000 for 41 Brighton Road, Rathgar, a five-bed Victorian house, after it failed to sell at auction.

In Dublin 8, 21 Portobello Road, a one-bedroom cottagestyle house made £238,500 after it was withdrawn from auction at £224,000 by Lowe & Associates.

A four-bed mid-terrace house at 46 Longwood Avenue, Portobello, made £400,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Off the South Circular Road, 11 Stamer Street, an end-of-terrace house in nine units was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £840,000.

Nearby at 13 Rutledge Terrace, a three-bed end of terrace house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £250,000.

A two-bed cottage-style house at 16 Long Lane, Dublin 8, was withdrawn at £240,000 by Gunne Residential.

South Dublin

A 1.3-acre site with planning permission for a detached house at Kilgobbet, Church Road, Killiney, was sold at a Lisney auction for £700,000.

Also in Killiney, a five-bedroom detached house on half an acre, Deodata, at Killiney Heath, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £1.45 million.

A four-bedroom house, Crag, on Torca Road, Dalkey, was withdrawn and sold later for over the guide price of £750,000 through Lisney.

Elsewhere in Dalkey, 33 Church Road, a three-bed dormer bungalow, was withdrawn at £300,000 by Lisney, which sold it later for a higher figure.

In Monkstown, Lisney fetched £1.22 million at auction for 7 Vesey Place, Monkstown, a double-fronted five-bedroom Victorian house.

Also in Monkstown, Wychwood, a four-bed semi, was sold prior to auction for well over £400,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

A six-bedroom semi-detached house at 5 Leixfort Villas, Corrig Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, was withdraw by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £575,000.

A three-bed townhouse at 92 Castledawson, Sion Hill, Blackrock, was withdrawn at £400,000 and sold later for a higher price by Lisney.

Gunne Residential secured £1 million at auction for 38/39 The Oaks, a three-bedroom fourth-floor apartment with 1,850 sq ft of floor space at Herbert Park Lane, Ballsbridge. Lisney secured £780,000 at auction for 75 Marlborough Road, Donnybrook, a four-bed terraced house.

A three-bed detached house at 5a Airfield Court, Donnybrook, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential.

In Sandymount, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £635,000 for St Martha's at 33 Seafort Avenue, a four-bed villa-style house, following its withdrawal from auction.

A site with planning permission for a detached house at the rear of 66 Tritonville Road was withdrawn at £240,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £250,000.

Also in Sandymount, 27 St John's Road, a three-bed Edwardian house, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential.

A three-bed bungalow, Craglea, at Upper Churchtown Road, Dublin 16, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £850,000.

In Malahide, 3 The Grange, a detached six/seven-bedroom house on an acre was sold after auction for over £1 million by GWD.

Also in Malahide, a three-bedroom semi with potential for a mews site at the rear at 4 St Margaret's Road made £400,000 through Lisney.

In Raheny, 19 Watermill Road, Raheny Village, a three-bed semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential.

In Sutton, a three-bed bungalow, Ardan, at Windgate Road, Sutton, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £450,000.

In Clontarf, 15 Victoria Road, a three-bed semi-detached bungalow, was sold at a Gunne Residential auction for £255,000.

A six-bed house on 5.5 acres, Kilcoskan, Kilsallaghan, Co Dublin, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King, which is seeking £600,000-plus.

In Rathcoole, 33.5 acres at Callaighstown Lower was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £25,000.

In Nenagh, Co Tipperary, a picturesque four-bedroom house on 10.4 acres, Garry Urra, at Ballycommon, Nenagh, was sold at a Lisney auction for £610,000.

In Co Kilkenny, a four-bed detached house on Glendine Road, Kilkenny, was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £350,000 by Joseph Coogan.

In Co Waterford, Churchtown House, Churchtown, Carrick-on-Suir, was auctioned in two lots by O'Shea O'Toole. Lot 1: the house on 20.2 acres made £320,000. Lot 2: 12.6 acres of agricultural land sold for £120,000.

Elsewhere in Co Waterford, a 147-acre residential farm at Ardoginna, Ardmore, was withdrawn by Hamilton Osborne King and is currently under negotiation.

In Co Kildare, Old Grange House, at Narraghmore, a fourbed house was auctioned in two lots by Jordan Auctioneers. Lot 1: 3.5 acres was withdrawn at £750,000 and sold later for a higher price. Lot 2: 31.5 acres was withdrawn.

Near Naas, 10 acres of agricultural land at Castlekeely, Caragh, was sold at auction for £225,000 by Coonan.

Brophy Farrell secured £231,000 at auction for a fourbed bungalow on Green Road, Newbridge.

A four-bed period house on four acres, The Meadows, in Feighcullen, Rathangan, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.

In Ballymore Eustace, 33 acres at Coughlanstown East was sold at auction in two lots. Lot 1: 23 acres made £565,000. Lot 2: 10 acres sold for £228,000 through Colm McEvoy. Still in Co Kildare, a stone cottage on 28 acres with planning permission for a house in Gormanstown, made £510,000 by Re/Max Garden County.

In Co Meath, a detached bungalow on 23.5 acres at Fleenstown, Ashbourne, was withdrawn at £390,000 by Lisney, which is quoting £450,000.

Armstrong is quoting about £100,000 for Eagle Lodge, a three-bed house on an acre, in Drumbaragh, following its withdrawal from auction.

A six-bedroom house on 1.4 acres at O'Growney Street, Athboy, Co Meath, was withdrawn at £250,000 and is under negotiation through Cumisky.

A farmhouse on 103 acres in need of refurbishment, Rathbawn House, in Moynalty, Kells, was withdrawn at £450,000 and sold later for a higher price through Gunne Residential.

In Dublin 4, The Lansdowne public house and restaurant at 14 Bath Avenue, was withdrawn at £1.9 million and is under negotiation through Gabriel Dooley.
