DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN - APPLICATIONS

Location: Monkstown Mansions, the Tyre Centre and Carrickbrennan Credit Union offices along the north side of Monkstown Farm, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin. The site is bounded on the north by Monkstown Grove, on the east by the Lambda apartment block and to the west by a dwelling known as Olcott. Proposed development: mixed-use residential/commercial development and the demolition of the residential block known as Monkstown Mansions, the Tyre Centre and Carrickbrennan Credit Union offices.
