Location: site at former ESB lands, site known locally as "Stormanstown House", Ballymun Road, Dublin 9. Proposed development: demolish all existing structures and construct three apartment blocks over three, four and five storeys, providing a total of 57 residential units with 45 car-parking spaces at basement level and 24 car-parking spaces located at street level. Location: 80 and 81 Ballybough Road, Dublin 3, on the corner of Charleville Avenue. Proposed development: demolish existing shop, apartment and house and construct a new four-storey over basement structure including five two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom apartment over a ground floor retail unit. Location: Phoenix House, 232 North Circular Road, Dublin 7. Proposed development: permission is sought for the reconstruction, alterations and extension of Phoenix House. The proposed development will comprise of the partial demolition of dangerous sections of the existing structure and is designed to provide a four-storey building with three retail units, five two-bedroom apartments, seven one-bedroom apartments and six off-street car-parking spaces. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Drimnagh Industrial Estate, Slieve Bloom Park, Drimnagh, Dublin 12. Proposed development: permission for a mixed-use development to consist of 241 dwellings, a crèche, 132 live/work units and office accommodation.
