- DEVELOPER Ray Grehan has built a new three-bedroom house on a slice of landscaped grounds at The Grange development off the Stillorgan Road, and he is now selling it at €950,000.

It’s in showhouse condition, with a designer kitchen, smart bathrooms, and nicely proportioned living space, all in a floor area of 137sq m (1,476sq ft). Called The Lodge, it is for sale through Greenwood Property Consulting where Catherine O’Connor is handling enquiries.

- In Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, a four-bedroom house with indoor swimming pool has been reduced from €1.4 million to €1.1 million through Sherry Fitz-Gerald. Called Lovers Leap Lane, the dormer-style house has a long wing containing bedrooms and the swimming pool, all with windows or patio doors overlooking the half acre of sloping south-facing gardens. It’s a substantial house with living space of around 176sq m (1,900sq ft) with additional basement storage and an attic which has two further rooms. Lots of exposed pine, stone and terracotta flooring give it a slightly dated feel, but it has an attractive layout with a large sittingroom with a balcony overlooking the countryside, and kitchen-cum-diningroom heated by a double Aga. The curvy pool occupies a space of around 130sq m (1,400 sq ft).

- On Sydney Avenue, Blackrock, Savills has reduced the price of a Georgian villa-style house for the third time, following a recently collapsed sale. Dating from 1830, it’s a spacious and elegant house of some 234sq m (2,520sq ft) with fine high-ceilinged rooms and lots of original detail. An 85ft walled garden is the bonus.

On view Saturday, 3pm-4pm

The house has a large kitchen with Rayburn cooker, a diningroom with patio doors to the garden and large livingroom with wood-burning stove. Four of the bedrooms are downstairs, with a large main bedroom suite occupying the first floor. The outbuildings include stabling, a barn and a loft with games room.
