“One of the factors, besides the mind-boggling views, that attracted us to the property was the bus stop right outside the gate, which serves the Dart feeder bus and also the local school bus,” says the owner.

Kevin Moran of Dublin-based Moran Builders, estimates after an initial spend of €15,000 for demolition and site disposal, new owners will be looking at an estimate of €1,600 per sq m for a new build on the site.
