Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings at show units which open today on the site, near the Green Isle Hotel. Prices begin at €259,000 for 10 two-bedroom apartments of 67 sq m (725 sq ft).

A further five three-bedroom duplex units from €320,000 have 107 sq m (1,160 sq ft) of space.

Newlands Manor takes its name from nearby Newlands Cross and directly overlooks Corkagh Park, a vast parkland area. Designed by McCrossan O'Rourke Manning, the mix of 137 houses and apartments is set around a series of courtyards.

Two-bedroom apartments have an open-plan sitting/diningroom with a kitchen/breakfastroom off this. An en suite shower is installed off the largest bedroom.
