Jackson Properties is believed to have paid in the region of £5.5 million for the Ardmore Waterford milk depot on 11 acres at Finglas Road, Dublin 11. The company is likely to seek planning permission for a mixed commercial and residential development on the site, which was originally owned by Merville Dairies. The complex includes about one-third of an acre on the western side of the Finglas Road near the Janelle Shopping centre.
Jackson Properties has completed a number of top class housing developments in Dublin in recent years, the most recent being Radcliffe Hall at St John's Road in Sandymount.
