Fully serviced industrial sites with planning permission are for sale or let in a variety of combinations at a new business park beside the N1 Dublin to Belfast road just north of Swords. The 19-acre site is located at the northern end of the Swords by-pass at Turvey, Donabate, Co Dublin. The new Roseville Business Park will be within a mile of the Lissenhall interchange on the nearby M1 motorway. It is also located close to Dublin airport and has full planning permission for 20 light industrial units with ancillary offices up to a total floor space of 245,000 sq ft.
The serviced sites are expected to sell for in the region of £450,000 (571,382) per acre. A site of 3.75 acres is currently under discussion at this level. "We can arrange, design and build packages for owner occupiers or prospective tenants in any combinations that are required," says Nigel Healy of Jones Lang LaSalle, which is handling the sales and letting of the sites.
