AN indication of the value of office leases in Dublin's International Financial Services centre will be available later this month when Harrington Bannon assigns an office suite of 3,739 square feet in Dermot Desmond's block. The ground floor office space is occupied by Irish Intercontinental Bank, which is to relocate to larger premises at George's Dock. The bank is currently paying a rent of £115,000 - the equivalent of £29 per square. The lease can be broken in 2002 if the tax incentives are not renewed.
