Co Meath: from €195,000: Finnegan Menton is launching a further 15 new homes in phase two of Victorine Abbey, a development at Teaguestown Demense, on the banks of the River Boyne in Trim, Co Meath, this weekend.
Off-the-plan prices for the new releases start at €195,000 for a two-bed apartment of 60.4 sq m (650 sq ft). A three-bed duplex of 102 sq m (1,100 sq ff) costs €220,000. Spacious three-bed townhouses with 111 sq m (1,200 sq ft) cost €260,000.
Victorine Abbey is being developed by Tom Hora of Loughglynn Developments and OBK is the architect. Previous developments by Hora/Loughglynn Developments include Cluain Rí in Trim and Ardán in Athboy.
Located on the Dublin Road and with views over the protected lands of Newtown, the scheme is 26 miles from Dublin.
The scheme forms part of the first phase of Teaguestown development, which will eventually comprise 750 units. A four-star hotel and a golf and country club designed by Christy O'Connor Jnr is also part of the scheme - it's due to open this summer.
All homes will have a garden shed, natural timber windows, limestone fireplaces, fitted kitchens and Tywford contemporary bathroom ware. Buyers from this phase can expect to move in from the end of the summer.
