Eden Island is a new residential marina development in the Seychelles, left, which is being developed in conjunction with the Seychelles Government.
The development spans over 40 hectares with 16 hectared of private waterways. Each of 450 apartments, duplexes and villas will have a private mooring with prices starting at €215,000 (US$270,000) to €1.2 million (US$1.5 million). Purchasers will qualify along with their immediate family for residency of the Seychelles.
The marina provides berthing facilities for all types of vessels but, according to the marketing material, specialises " in super and mega yachts."
Facilities will include boutiques, delis, coffee shops, restaurants, sports facilities, swimming pools and a supermarket.
