A two-storey mews house at 8 Sydenham Mews, Sidmonton Road, Bray, Co Wicklow, was sold at auction for £140,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

A one-bedroom apartment at 115 Rock Road, Booterstown, was sold at auction for £158,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Also in Co Meath, The Raymond Potterton agency sold three properties in Ballivor. Woodville House, a period house on an acre in need of refurbishment made £120,000.

The Coachman's public house sold for £480,000. An adjoining site to the pub with planning permission for four townhouses sold for £140,000.

A derelict house on 170 acres at Ballynaskeagh, Delvin, Co Westmeath, was sold at auction for £660,000 through joint agents Gavigan and Smith Auctioneers.

In Co Kildare, The Milltown Inn public house, at Milltown, Newbridge, was sold at auction for £615,000 through Colm McEvoy.

The same agent sold a 6.5-acre holding at Pollardstown, The Curragh, at auction for £292,000.

A derelict house on 3.3 acres at Kilmeade, Athy, Co Kildare, was withdrawn by O Doherty Auctioneers, which is quoting about £100,000.

In Bagenalstown, Co Carlow, The Manor House public house and Bed and Breakfast was sold at auction for £680,000 through Donohoe Properties.

In Co Laois, Mill House, a four-bedroom period house on 12.5 acres at New Mills, Mountmellick, was auctioned in two lots by Matt Dunne & Associates. Lot 1: the house on 7.5 acres made £335,000. Lot 2: five acres was withdrawn and is under negotiation.

Also in Co Laois, an 89-acre non-residential farm at Farnans, Kilcruise, Ballylinan, was sold at auction for £230,000 through O Doherty Auctioneers.
