The first development site in the Dublin Docklands to go for sale since the adoption of the master plan attracted considerable interest when it went to auction last week. The site of one-fifth of an acre in Ringsend, together with two separate tenancies producing an income of £10,380 per month, were sold at a Hamilton Osborne King auction for £650,000.

The site is likely to be used for an infill apartment scheme.
