Location: Site between 183 Pearse Street and Pearse Street Railway Bridge. This site is within the campus of Trinity College Dublin adjacent to Luce Hall. Proposed development: Erect a six-storey student residence building adjoining the north side of Luce Hall. The ground floor comprises of vehicular ramp accessed from Trinity College leading down to basement level, entrance lobby to student residence with stairs and lift accessed from Trinity College, exit doors from student centre in Luce Hall opening onto Pearse Street, associated hard landscaping, steel railing and gates.
