The Phillips Partnership has begun marketing 12 large five-bedroom detached houses which are under construction at Leopardstown Rise, Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18. The first four homes are for sale off the plans at £465,000 each. Enniskerry builder Peter Jordan of Tailworth Ltd expects to have a showhouse ready in about a month. The dozen houses will have a floor area of 2,500 sq ft and will be finished to a particularly high specification. The homes will have good sized gardens in a cul-de-sac close to Sandyford Cross and the proposed Southern Cross Route. They will have stunning views over the city and Dublin Bay.
