Delgany/£500,000?

The Church of Ireland rectory in Delgany, a two-storey period house standing on 1.25 acres with development potential, is to be sold at auction on April 18th. Jackson-Stops is quoting a guide price of £500,000 for the property. The four-bedroom house may be sold as a separate lot with around half-an-acre of garden while the remaining three-quarter acre site may be bought for housing, according to selling agent Gordon Lennox.

The house has four reception rooms, a kitchen/ breakfastroom, boot room and utility room. Upstairs the main bedroom has an en suite shower room, while the remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. The sheltered garden has a good variety of mature trees and shrubs.
