Lisney is quoting a guide of £400,000 to £450,000 for a retail investment, The Evergreen Restaurant at 3C Castle Street, Dalkey, which is to be auctioned on July 8th. The 1,750 sq ft premises is let under a long lease at £25,000 per annum. The same agents expect to secure over £400,000 for another investment, PMK Pharmacy, at 105 Trees Road, Mount Merrion, Co Dublin, which is to be auctioned on July 2nd. The pharmacy is producing a rent of £21,000, while the upstairs is let to a physiotherapist at £9,250. Also going for auction is a warehouse and industrial premises of almost 15,000 sq ft. The building is yielding rents of £28,500 from two tenants, Coghlans Bakery and Majestic Bedding. A third premises of 4,000 sq ft is currently vacant. The investment is likely to fetch in excess of £375,000 when it is auctioned by Lisney on June 24th.
