DUBLIN 15: FROM €249,950THE LATEST phase of Castlegrange off the New Ongar Road in Clonsilla, Dublin 15, goes on sale this weekend comprising a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments, starting at €249,950 - and including extras such as integrated appliances and in-home audio systems.

Douglas Newman Good is the selling agent for the 40 units being released by a division of the Lynam Group who built Sorrel Park and Limelawn Park, also in Clonsilla.

Included in the mix of homes on sale are five 67.8sq m (730sq ft) two-bed own-door ground floor apartments from €249,950 and five three-bed 102sq m (1,100sq ft) duplexes on the first and second floors from €299,950.

There are also 30 houses. Two-bed 75sq m (810sq ft) mid-terraced houses start at €294,950, three-bed mid-terraced houses of 94.7sq m (1,020sq ft) start at €319,950 and three-bed end of terrace houses, also 94.7sq m (1,020sq ft), are from €344,950.
