Burnaby's back gardens ready for building boom

Expect to see a few for sale signs in back gardens and potting sheds in The Burnaby in Greystones, following the sale of a quarter acre patch for £340,000 at auction last week. Hassett & Fitzsimons hit the jackpot with the strip of land and by all accounts there is now a queue of people waiting to build in this olde worlde enclave. The price achieved is all the more surprising given the address, on Killincarrig Road, is by no means the best in the area.
