The former AIB branch at Denny Street in Tralee is the latest earmarked for conversion into a bar following its sale last week.
Joint agents North and Co. and Donal ╙ Buachalla secured £1.65 million (€2.1m) at auction for the three-storey over basement building which had been expected to make around £1 million (€1.27m). The 8,400 sq ft of space includes 4,600 sq ft on the ground floor, making it ideal for a bar.
