£900,000 for Temple Bar restaurant investment

An Italian restaurant investment at 51 Wellington Quay, in the Temple Bar area of Dublin 2, is expected to make in the region of £900,000 when is offered for sale by tender on June 24th. The two-storey building houses two ground- floor restaurants, trading as La Gondola and La Paloma. The upper floors are used as offices and stores. The current rent is £54,800, but according to the Gunne agency, the open market rent value is now £80,000.
