Druker Fanning and Partners are quoting a guideline price of over £750,000 for a one-acre residential site at Shanganagh Road in the Killiney/Ballybrack of area of Co Dublin which goes to auction on July 20th. Liam Stones, of the agency, says the site is close to the junction with Killiney Road and is within walking distance of the Killiney DART Station. A number of townhouse and apartment schemes in the immediate area have shown significant capital growth in recent years. The freehold site is close to all services.
