£750,000 expected for retail building on Suffolk Street

Mason Owen Lyons expect to secure over £750,000 for a four-storey retail building at 20 Suffolk Street, just off Grafton Street, Dublin 2, when they sell it by tender shortly. It is presently producing £55,000 from three tenants. The main tenant, Tosca, the restaurant owned by Bono's brother, Norman Hewson, is paying a rent of £43,000 for 1,700 sq ft at street level and 616 sq ft in the basement.
