Fingal County Council is to sell its offices at 2/3 Parnell Square, Dublin 1, in the run up to the completion of its new headquarters in Swords. Agents Lambert Smith Hampton are quoting a guideline price of £5 million for the 22,840 sq ft buildings, which were developed behind a Georgian facade. There are nine car-parking spaces at the rear. Paul Fanning of the selling agents says there is likely to be strong interest in the sale because it was one of the very few opportunities available to acquire a headquarters in the city centre. W K Nowlan is advising the Fingal council.
