The Ross McParland agency put up the sold out signs last weekend at the Druid's Valley development in Cabinteely, Dublin 17, where the latest phase of apartments and duplex units were brought to the market. All 42 units were sold within a matter of hours, with about 30 per cent of them going to investors. The sales netted £8.5 million for the Wexford-based builders William Neville and Sons.

The new marketing strategy being used by the Ross McParland agency is clearly paying off. Apart from selling all the units available at this stage, the agency has also built up a long waiting list for the next units, which are likely to go for sale this summer. Two-bedroom apartments sold for £170,000 to £173,000; three-bedroom homes made between £199,000 and £215,000 while duplex units went for between £235,000 and £270,000.
