£15 rent quoted for Sandyford building

Morrisseys is seeking a rent of £15 per sq ft for a hightech business premises under construction at Sandyford Industrial Estate, Co Dublin. The 21,550 sq ft building is to be completed in June at the corner of Corrig Road and Blackthorn Avenue. It will adjoin the Microsoft European headquarters and will have raised access floors, a passenger lift and 53 car-parking spaces. The building is being constructed on the site of the former Tuchenhagen premises, which were bought about a year ago for around £1 million.
