In the caption of a photograph in Thursday's editions, Ms Liz O'Donnell was described incorrectly as Minister of State for Justice. She is Minister of State for Overseas Development and Human Rights at the Department of Foreign Affairs.
In the ESB National Media Awards, Mr Sean O'Rourke won the overall award for national radio broadcasting, not Mr Brian O'Connell as stated in a report on October 18th. Mr O'Connell won the national television news broadcasting award.
