UK RETAIL sales growth is still slowing, showing inflation well and truly crushed according to the latest research from the British Retail Consortium. (BRC).

The BRC's figures based on sales at around half of the UK's retailers show September revenues were up just 1.2 per cent in comparison with last year. This is the fourth successive month in which sales have grown at less than 1.5 per cent.
