SEAFIELD, the transport, warehousing and haulage group, expects to receive £3 million shortly from Burford Holding. This follows the granting of the necessary planning consent to Burford in respect of the development of a site at Finchley Road, London. The £3 million is a deferred payment which had been held over from the sale of Charterhall Properties pending the resolution of planning permission.
