Lamont Holdings, the Belfast-based textiles group, has sold a warehouse and adjoining land at Darton, Barnsley, to FR Evans, for £5.65 million sterling. The proceeds are to be used to reduce borrowings. FR Evans is a subsidiary of Evans of Leeds plc.
