Britain's managers gave the Labour government a score of six out of 10 for its first 100 days in office, according to a poll by the Institute of Management (IM) released today. Prime Minister Tony Blair scored seven out of 10 for his leadership skills, while the government as a whole was awarded sixes for its performance in Europe, its partnership with business and its ability to do the job.
"Labour's first term has been one of steady progress," said IM director general Mr Roger Young.
