Irish Life has launched a new 24-hour confidential medical helpline called Phoneassist. By dialling the helpline number, Irish Life's Life Protector or Lifestyle Protector customers will be connected with a team of professionally trained nurses who will provide information and guidance on family-related health issues.

It is a reference service only and is not designed to offer diagnosis or replace the work of a doctor.
