ASK an Internet surfer about hardware and he'll talk for ever about RAM and ROM and all the bits and pieces of the computer world. But wait. What is billed as Europe's first interactive hardware site is to be logged on next week... and its not computer hardware. Lenihans the hardware chain - and we're talking real hardware now - is about to launch itself on the web. The prospect of a full selection of two-inch brass screws on the Internet is enticing.
