Be3, one of the TV3 group television channels, will exclusively broadcast a five-part series documenting the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition.

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year, with which The Irish Times is a media partner, is a global recognition programme working to promote Ireland’s high-growth entrepreneurs.

The new series will showcase the entrepreneurs and explore their stories throughout their journey into business.

Premiering on September 25th, the series will air every Monday, building up to the awards gala on October 30th presented by Mark Little and Aoibhín Garrihy.

“EY, through Entrepreneur Of The Year, has for the last 20 years, shown its commitment to supporting and encouraging the next generation of entrepreneurs and business owners in Ireland. This is something we can really get behind,” said Bill Malone, TV3 Group director of programming.

Kevin McLoughlin, an EY partner, said: “Operating as an all-island competition allows us to work with the best entrepreneurs Ireland has to offer. We hope the series gives viewers a unique insight into some of the opportunities and challenges, such as Brexit, facing entrepreneurs in Ireland.”
