Ballina offices sell for €2.5m

Road Safety Authority are tenants at retail park

Property advisers Allsop has sold an office investment let to the Road Safety Authority at Ballina Retail Park. Conor Whelan said the two office units extending to 1,950sq m were sold to a private investor before auction for over €2.5 million. The yield will be 9.5 per cent. The buildings are rented at €243,000 per annum, and have 12 years to run on two co-terminus leases.
