A GROUP of private investors has bought Shannon Business Park for £2.6 million, the Silvermines group said yesterday

A GROUP of private investors has bought Shannon Business Park for £2.6 million, the Silvermines group said yesterday. Silvermines acquired the park in 1990 and had been trying toe sell for the past 18 months. "The disposal completes the sale of Irish investment properties in accordance with the group's previously stated intention to dispose of all its property interests and focus on its electrical and electronic businesses," the company said in a statement. The proceeds of the sale will be used to reduce debt, the statement added.
