Ark Life, AIB's life and pensions company, has released the latest issue of the AIB Index Bond, an 18-month bond which tracks the Euro Stoxx 50 index.
The minimum investment is £2,000 with a maximum investment of £250,000 and the offer closes on November 26th.
Investors will receive a return equal to the full rise in the value of the Euro Stoxx 50, up to a maximum of 18 per cent. The investment is protected against any potential falls in the value of the index, up to a figure of 18 per cent, but it is exposed to any falls in excess of that.
The Euro Stoxx 50 monitors the performance of the top 50 companies in the euro zone. The index has been performing strongly of late and recently breached the 4,000 level for the first time.
