DAVID YOUNG is expected to be fit to play for Wales against England in the final round of Five Nations' Championship matches on March 15th.
Young, a candidate for a prop berth on the Lions tour, was helped off the field by four people after 28 minutes of Cardiffs 38-35 victory at Ebbw
It was later confirmed Young had injured his left foot after initial fears he had broken his ankle again, but Cardiff coach Terry Holmes confirmed: "There doesn't appear to be any lasting damage.
"It is not a problem with his ankle, but an injury to his foot. All the signs are that David will be fit to face England."
Treorchy may seek a legal injunction to prevent the Welsh National League first division being cut from 12 to eight clubs next season.
Club chairman Neil Hutchings, in the programme for Saturday's Swalec Cup tie with Bridgend, said: "We intend vigorously opposing the planned re-structure.
"We will take any steps we have to, and that includes seeking a legal injunction.
"At no stage have Treorchy been asked to vote on this matter," added Hutchings. "If the number of clubs goes down to eight our business plan will be derailed and it will mean there will be job cuts."
