Premier League review: Manchester United took advantage of Manchester City's first dropped points of the season to move two points clear at the top of the Premier League table with a dramatic 3-1 win over Chelsea.

Chris Smalling, Nani and Wayne Rooney did the damage with first-half strikes, but after Fernando Torres had pulled one back early in the second period, Rooney slipped and missed a penalty.
