Soccer: Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko is reportedly set to undergo a medical today ahead of his proposed move to Manchester City. Dzeko has emerged as City's prime target for the January transfer window as Roberto Mancini seeks to maintain his team's title challenge.
City boss Mancini confirmed on Tuesday that the club had agreed a fee, believed to be in the region of €30 million, for Dzeko.
Sky Sportsclaim the Bosnia international will today travel to England from Spain where he has been taking part in Wolfsburg's winter training camp.
Should the medical go to plan, he could be a City player before the weekend's FA Cup third-round tie against Leicester City.
The 24-year-old has been tracked by many of Europe's biggest clubs over the past couple of seasons after proving to be a potent goalscorer at Wolfsburg.
