Paula Horan:

In the editions of May 23rd it was reported that a receiver had been appointed to Fitcorp Ltd, the company which operated the St George Fitness Centre in Dublin. The article reported erroneously, on the basis of information supplied, that one of the directors of Fitcorp Ltd is Ms Paula Horan. It has been brought to our attention that Ms Horan was a director of the company only in her capacity as a company formation agent and that she resigned as a director of Fitcorp Ltd on November 25th 1993. The Irish Times regrets the error and apologises to her for any distress the error may have caused.
