Seamus Patton was the man in form at the North Western Alliance at Dunfanaghy last week. The Ballybofey/Stranorlar three handicapper shot a best of the day 71 gross to win the first outing of the year. Patton's nett 68 gave him a shot to spare over clubmate Martin Carlin with Barnard Hanlon (Dunfanaghy) a shot further back in third place.

The best gross was won by local player Keith Lapsley with a 74.

Seamus Clinton (Ballybofey/Stranorlar) was second on 75 and Paul Sweeney from Letterkenny third on 76.
