GOLF:PÁDRAIG HARRINGTON shot a fourth sub-par round in a row last night in the Wyndham Championship at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro.

The Dubliner carded a final round two-under 68 to finish on six-under for the tournament, despite bogeys on the par-four fourth and par-three 16th.

However, he was a long way off the top of the leaderboard, which was held in the clubhouse by Chez Reavie on 12-under-par, after the American hit 65 last night.

Webb Simpson maintained his strong challenge for the title, reaching the 14th last night one-under for the day, leaving him one shot clear of George McNeill.

Simpson produced an incredible late finish to his third round to snatch a two-shot lead on Saturday night.

The American collected four birdies and an eagle in his last six holes to shoot a 64 for a three round total of 15-under-par 195.

That left him with a two-stroke lead on a day when play was halted for more than an hour because of severe weather conditions.
